Translation of the meanings Ayah: (26) Surah: Ar-Rūm
وَلَهٗ مَنْ فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ ؕ— كُلٌّ لَّهٗ قٰنِتُوْنَ ۟
اور زمین وآسمان کی ہر ہر چیز اس کی ملکیت ہےاور ہر ایک اس کے فرمان کے ماتحت ہے
(1) یعنی اس کے تکوینی حکم کے آگے سب بے بس اور لاچار ہیں۔ جیسے موت وحیات، صحت ومرض، ذلت وعزت وغیرہ ہیں۔
