Translation of the meanings Ayah: (24) Surah: Az-Zumar
اَفَمَنْ یَّتَّقِیْ بِوَجْهِهٖ سُوْٓءَ الْعَذَابِ یَوْمَ الْقِیٰمَةِ ؕ— وَقِیْلَ لِلظّٰلِمِیْنَ ذُوْقُوْا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْسِبُوْنَ ۟
بھلا جو شخص قیامت کے دن کے بدترین عذاب کی سپر (ڈھال) اپنے منھ کو بنائے گا۔ (ایسے) ﻇالموں سے کہا جائے گا کہ اپنے کیے کا (وبال) چکھو.(1)
(1) یعنی کیا یہ شخص، اس شخص کے برابر ہو سکتا ہے جو قیامت والے دن بالکل بے خوف اور امن میں ہوگا؟ یعنی محذوف عبارت ملا کر اس کا یہ مفہوم ہوگا۔
