Translation of the meanings Ayah: (160) Surah: An-Nisā’
فَبِظُلْمٍ مِّنَ الَّذِیْنَ هَادُوْا حَرَّمْنَا عَلَیْهِمْ طَیِّبٰتٍ اُحِلَّتْ لَهُمْ وَبِصَدِّهِمْ عَنْ سَبِیْلِ اللّٰهِ كَثِیْرًا ۟ۙ
جو نفیس چیزیں ان کے لئے حلال کی گئی تھیں وه ہم نے ان پر حرام کردیں ان کے ﻇلم کے باعﺚ اور اللہ تعالیٰ کی راه سے اکثر لوگوں کو روکنے کے باعث۔(1)
(1) یعنی ان کے ان جرائم و معاصی کی وجہ سے بطور سزا بہت سی حلال چیزیں ہم نے ان پر حرام کردی تھیں۔ (جن کی تفصیل سورۃ الانعام: 146 میں ہے)
