Translation of the meanings Ayah: (81) Surah: Al-Mā’idah
وَلَوْ كَانُوْا یُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَالنَّبِیِّ وَمَاۤ اُنْزِلَ اِلَیْهِ مَا اتَّخَذُوْهُمْ اَوْلِیَآءَ وَلٰكِنَّ كَثِیْرًا مِّنْهُمْ فٰسِقُوْنَ ۟
اگر انہیں اللہ تعالیٰ پر اور نبی پر اور جو نازل کیا گیا ہے اس پر ایمان ہوتا تو یہ کفار سے دوستیاں نہ کرتے، لیکن ان میں کے اکثر لوگ فاسق ہیں۔(1)
(1) اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ جس شخص کے اندر صحیح معنوں میں ایمان ہوگا، وہ کافروں سے کبھی دوستی نہیں کرے گا۔
