Translation of the meanings Ayah: (12) Surah: Qāf
كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوْحٍ وَّاَصْحٰبُ الرَّسِّ وَثَمُوْدُ ۟ۙ
(1) أَصْحَابُ الرَّسِّ کی تعیین میں مفسرین کےدرمیان بہت اختلاف ہے۔ امام ابن جریر طبری نے اس قول کو ترجیح دی ہےجس میں انہیں اصحاب اخدود قرار دیا گیا ہے، جس کا ذکر سورۂ بروج میں ہے (تفصیل کے لئے دیکھئے ابن کثیر وفتح القدیر، سورۃ الفرقان آیت 38)۔
