ٱللَّهُ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ وَيَقۡدِرُ لَهُۥٓۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ

ئاللاھ بەندىلىرىدىن قايسى ئادەمنىڭ رىزقىنى كەڭ قىلماقچى بولىدىكەن، ئۇنى كەڭ قىلىدۇ، (قايسى بەندىسىنىڭ رىزقىنى تار قىلماقچى بولىدىكەن) ئۇنى تار قىلىدۇ، ئاللاھ ھەقىقەتەن ھەممە نەرسىنى بىلىپ تۇرغۇچىدۇر^[62].
