يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَكُمۡ وَيَهۡدِيَكُمۡ سُنَنَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ وَيَتُوبَ عَلَيۡكُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٞ
ئاللاھ سىلەرگە (ھالال ۋە ھارامغا دائىر ئەھكاملارنى) بايان قىلىشنى، سىلەردىن بۇرۇنقىلار (يەنى پەيغەمبەرلەر ۋە ياخشىلار) نىڭ يوللىرىغا سىلەرنى ھىدايەت قىلىشنى، (گۇناھىڭلاردىن قىلغان) تەۋبەڭلارنى قوبۇل قىلىشنى خالايدۇ. ئاللاھ ھەممىنى (يەنى بەندىلىرىنىڭ ھەممە ئەھۋالىنى) بىلگۈچىدۇر ۋە ھېكمەت بىلەن ئىش قىلغۇچىدۇر[26].
