وَلِكُلّٖ جَعَلۡنَا مَوَٰلِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ عَقَدَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡ فَـَٔاتُوهُمۡ نَصِيبَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدًا
ھەر بىر ئادەمنىڭ قالدۇرغان تەرەكىسى ئۈچۈن ۋارىسلار تەيىنلىدۇق، ئۇلار ئاتا ـ ئانىلار ۋە يېقىنلاردۇر. سىلەر بىلەن (ئۆزئارا ياردەم بېرىش ۋە مىراسخور بولۇشقا) ئەھدۇپەيمان قىلىشقان كىشىلەرگە ئۇلارنىڭ (مىراستىن) ھەسسىسىنى بېرىڭلار. ئاللاھ ھەقىقەتەن ھەممە نەرسىنى بايقاپ تۇرغۇچىدۇر[33].
