لِّلرِّجَالِ نَصِيبٞ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ وَلِلنِّسَآءِ نَصِيبٞ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنۡهُ أَوۡ كَثُرَۚ نَصِيبٗا مَّفۡرُوضٗا
ئاتا ـ ئانىسى ۋە تۇغقانلىرى قالدۇرغان مىراستا (يەنى مېيىتنىڭ تەرەكىسىدە) ئەرلەرنىڭ ھەسسىسى بار. ئاتا-ئانىسى ۋە توغقانلىرى قالدۇرغان مىراستا ئاياللارنىڭمۇ ھەسسىسى بار. مەيلى ئۇ (يەنى تەرەكە) ئاز بولسۇن ياكى كۆپ بولسۇن، ھەر ئادەم (ئاللاھنىڭ ئادىل شەرىئىتىدە) بەلگىلەنگەن ھەسسىسىنى ئالىدۇ[7].
