رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ ذُو ٱلۡعَرۡشِ يُلۡقِي ٱلرُّوحَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوۡمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ

ئاللاھنىڭ مەرتىۋىسى يۇقىرىدۇر، (ئاللاھ) ئەرشنىڭ ئىگىسىدۇر، (خالايىق) مۇلاقات بولۇشىدىغان كۈن (يەنى قىيامەت كۈنى) دىن ئاگاھلاندۇرۇش ئۈچۈن، ئاللاھ ئۆز ھۆكمى بويىچە بەندىلىرىدىن خالىغان ئادەمگە ۋەھىي چۈشۈرىدۇ^[15].
