لَهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ يَبۡسُطُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقۡدِرُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ
ئاسمانلارنىڭ ۋە زېمىننىڭ (خەزىنىلىرىنىڭ) ئاچقۇچلىرى ئاللاھنىڭ ئىلكىدىدۇر، ئاللاھ خالىغان كىشىنىڭ رىزقىنى (سىناش يۈزىسىدىن) كەڭ قىلىدۇ، خالىغان كىشىنىڭ رىزقىنى (بالاغا مۇپتىلا قىلىپ سىناش يۈزىسىدىن) تار قىلىدۇ، ئاللاھ ھەقىقەتەن ھەممە نەرسىنى بىلىپ تۇرغۇچىدۇر[12].
