وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَكُمۡ خَلَٰٓئِفَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَرَفَعَ بَعۡضَكُمۡ فَوۡقَ بَعۡضٖ دَرَجَٰتٖ لِّيَبۡلُوَكُمۡ فِي مَآ ءَاتَىٰكُمۡۗ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ سَرِيعُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَغَفُورٞ رَّحِيمُۢ
ئاللاھ سىلەرنى (ئۆتكەنكى ئۈممەتلەرنىڭ) ئورۇنباسارلىرى قىلدى. ئاللاھ سىلەرنى بەرگەن نېمەتلىرى بىلەن سىناش ئۈچۈن بەزىڭلارنى بەزىڭلاردىن بىر قانچە دەرىجە يۇقىرى قىلدى. پەرۋەردىگارىڭ (ئاسىيلىق قىلغۇچىلارنى) ئەلۋەتتە تېز جازالىغۇچىدۇر، (ئىتائەت قىلغۇچىلارنى) ئەلۋەتتە مەغپىرەت قىلغۇچىدۇر، (ئۇلارغا) ناھايىتى مېھرىباندۇر[165].
