قُلۡ أَنفِقُواْ طَوۡعًا أَوۡ كَرۡهٗا لَّن يُتَقَبَّلَ مِنكُمۡ إِنَّكُمۡ كُنتُمۡ قَوۡمٗا فَٰسِقِينَ

ئېيتقىنكى، «(ئى مۇناپىقلار جامائەسى!) سىلەر ئىختىيارىي ياكى مەجبۇرىي يوسۇندا (قانچىلىك پۇل ـ مال سەرپ قىلساڭلارمۇ) ھەرگىز قوبۇل قىلىنمايدۇ، چۈنكى سىلەر ئاللاھنىڭ ئىتائىتىدىن چىققان قەۋم بولدۇڭلار»^[53].
