لَقَدۡ كَانَ فِي قَصَصِهِمۡ عِبۡرَةٞ لِّأُوْلِي ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِۗ مَا كَانَ حَدِيثٗا يُفۡتَرَىٰ وَلَٰكِن تَصۡدِيقَ ٱلَّذِي بَيۡنَ يَدَيۡهِ وَتَفۡصِيلَ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ لِّقَوۡمٖ يُؤۡمِنُونَ

Уларнинг қиссаларида ақл эгаларига бир ибрат бор эди. У тўқилган гап эмас, балки ўзидан олдингиларни тасдиқлаб келган ва ҳамма нарсани тафсилоти билан айтган ҳамда иймон келтирган қавм учун ҳидоят, раҳмат бўлган (Китобдир).
