Ayah: 21

وَإِن مِّن شَيۡءٍ إِلَّا عِندَنَا خَزَآئِنُهُۥ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
Và không một vật gì mà kho tài nguyên lại không nằm nơi TA nhưng TA chỉ ban nó (thiên lộc) xuống theo định lượng rõ rệt.
