وَكَانَ فِي ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ تِسۡعَةُ رَهۡطٖ يُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا يُصۡلِحُونَ

Trong thành phố, có chín người hay làm điều thối nát trong xứ nhưng không chịu sửa mình.
