وَوَقَعَ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَيۡهِم بِمَا ظَلَمُواْ فَهُمۡ لَا يَنطِقُونَ

Và Lệnh (xử phạt) sẽ được thi hành đối với chúng bởi vì chúng đã làm điều sai quấy. Vì thế, chúng không thể nói được gì.
