إِنَّ فِرۡعَوۡنَ عَلَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَجَعَلَ أَهۡلَهَا شِيَعٗا يَسۡتَضۡعِفُ طَآئِفَةٗ مِّنۡهُمۡ يُذَبِّحُ أَبۡنَآءَهُمۡ وَيَسۡتَحۡيِۦ نِسَآءَهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُفۡسِدِينَ
Quả thật, Fir-'awn tự suy tôn (là Thượng Đế) tối cao trong xứ và chia dân chúng thàng nhiều giáo phái; hắn áp bức một nhóm dân (Israel) bằng cách giết chết con trai của họ và tha sống phụ nữ của họ. Quả thật, hắn là một tên tàn bạo quá mức.
