Ayah: 59

وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ مُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يَبۡعَثَ فِيٓ أُمِّهَا رَسُولٗا يَتۡلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِنَاۚ وَمَا كُنَّا مُهۡلِكِي ٱلۡقُرَىٰٓ إِلَّا وَأَهۡلُهَا ظَٰلِمُونَ
Và Thượng Đế của Ngươi sẽ không tiêu diệt những thị trấn nào trừ phi Ngài dựng lên tại mỗi thủ phủ của chúng một Sứ Giả để đọc nhắc chúng về những Lời Mặc Khải của TA. Và TA cũng không tiêu diệt những thị trấn trừ phỉ dân cư của chúng là những kẻ làm điều sai quấy.
