يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ

Ngài trừng phạt kẻ nào Ngài muốn và khoan dung người nào Ngài muốn. Và các ngươi sẽ được đưa về gặp Ngài trở lại.
