Ayah: 7

لِّلرِّجَالِ نَصِيبٞ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ وَلِلنِّسَآءِ نَصِيبٞ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنۡهُ أَوۡ كَثُرَۚ نَصِيبٗا مَّفۡرُوضٗا
Người đàn ông được hưởng một phần của gia tài do cha mẹ và bà con gần để lại; và người đàn bà được hưởng một phần của gia tài do cha mẹ và bà con gần để lại; dù gia tài đó ít hay nhiều, việc chia phần đều có tính nhất định.
