هُوَ ٱلَّذِي بَعَثَ فِي ٱلۡأُمِّيِّـۧنَ رَسُولٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ يَتۡلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَيُزَكِّيهِمۡ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ وَإِن كَانُواْ مِن قَبۡلُ لَفِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ
Ngài là Đấng đã dựng trong đám người dân (Ả Rập) thất học (tại Makkah) một Sứ Giả xuất thân từ họ để đọc các Lời Mặc Khải của Ngài cho họ và tẩy sạch họ (khỏi sự ô uế của việc tôn thờ đa thần) và dạy họ Kinh Sách và đường lối đúng đắn khôn ngoan. Và quả thật, trước đó họ đã lầm lạc rõ rệt.
