وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضۡحَكَ وَأَبۡكَىٰ
Và Ngài là Đấng muốn bất cứ ai vui mừng đến bật cười hoặc muốn ai đau khổ đến khóc tùy ý Ngài.
