قَالَ يَٰنُوحُ إِنَّهُۥ لَيۡسَ مِنۡ أَهۡلِكَۖ إِنَّهُۥ عَمَلٌ غَيۡرُ صَٰلِحٖۖ فَلَا تَسۡـَٔلۡنِ مَا لَيۡسَ لَكَ بِهِۦ عِلۡمٌۖ إِنِّيٓ أَعِظُكَ أَن تَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡجَٰهِلِينَ

Allāhu sọ pé: “Nūh, dájúdájú kò sí nínú ará ilé rẹ (ní ti ẹ̀sìn). Dájúdájú iṣẹ́ tí kò dára ni.¹ Nítorí náà, o ò gbọdọ̀ bi Mí léèrè n̄ǹkan tí o ò ní ìmọ̀ nípa rẹ̀. Dájúdájú Èmi ń kìlọ̀ fún ọ nítorí kí o má baà di ara àwọn aláìmọ̀kan.”

1. Nínú èdè Lárúbáwá, wọ́n lè pe ọmọ ẹni ní iṣẹ́ ọwọ́ ẹni. Nínú èdè Lárúbáwá èyí lè jẹ́ ‘amal tàbí kasb. Láti ọ̀dọ̀ ‘Ā’iṣah - kí Allāhu yọ́nú sí i -, ó sọ pé, Òjíṣẹ́ Allāhu - kí ìkẹ́ àti ọlà Allāhu máa bá a - sọ pé: “Dájúdájú n̄ǹkan tó dára jùlọ ni n̄ǹkan tí ẹ bá jẹ nínú iṣẹ́ ọwọ́ yín. Dájúdájú nínú iṣẹ́ ọwọ́ yín ni àwọn ọmọ yín wà. (Sunan at-Tirmithiy; 1358. Abu ‘Īsā at-Tirmithiy sọ pé: “Èyí ni hadīth tó dára, tó fẹsẹ̀ rìnlẹ̀.)
