Translation of the meanings Ayah: (23) Surah: Al-Isrā’
۞ وَقَضَىٰ رَبُّكَ أَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَّآ إِيَّاهُ وَبِٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ إِحۡسَٰنًاۚ إِمَّا يَبۡلُغَنَّ عِندَكَ ٱلۡكِبَرَ أَحَدُهُمَآ أَوۡ كِلَاهُمَا فَلَا تَقُل لَّهُمَآ أُفّٖ وَلَا تَنۡهَرۡهُمَا وَقُل لَّهُمَا قَوۡلٗا كَرِيمٗا
Olúwa rẹ pàṣẹ pé: “Ẹ má ṣe jọ́sìn fún ẹnì kan àyàfi Òun. Kí ẹ sì ṣe dáadáa sí àwọn òbí (yín) méjèèjì. Tí ọ̀kan nínú àwọn méjèèjì tàbí ìkíní kejì wọn bá dàgbà sí ọ lọ́dọ̀, má ṣe ṣíọ̀ sí wọn, má ṣe jágbe mọ́ wọn. Máa bá àwọn méjèèjì sọ ọ̀rọ̀ àpọ́nlé.
