قُل لَّئِنِ ٱجۡتَمَعَتِ ٱلۡإِنسُ وَٱلۡجِنُّ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَأۡتُواْ بِمِثۡلِ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ لَا يَأۡتُونَ بِمِثۡلِهِۦ وَلَوۡ كَانَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ لِبَعۡضٖ ظَهِيرٗا

Sọ pé: “Dájúdájú tí àwọn ènìyàn àti àlùjànnú bá parapọ̀ láti mú irú al-Ƙur’ān yìí wá, wọn kò lè mú irú rẹ̀ wá, apá kan wọn ìbáà jẹ́ olùrànlọ́wọ́ fún apá kan.”¹

1. Kíyè sí i, āyah yìí kò túmọ̀ sí pé àwọn olórí kunkun ènìyàn kan kò níí gbìyànjú láti hun ọ̀rọ̀ jọ láti pè é ní Kur’ān. Ṣebí àwọn kan mú àwọn àròsọ kan wá, wọ́n sì ń pè é ní “Bíbélì”. Àmọ́ èyíkéyìí àròsọ náà yóò máa jẹ́ ọ̀rọ̀ tí kò níí ní ìbùkún, kò sì níí ti ipasẹ̀ mọlāika wá. Ó tún máa jẹ́ ọ̀rọ̀ tí àwọn mùsùlùmí kó níí tẹ́wọ́ gbà. Kódà ọ̀rọ̀ àdáhun bẹ́ẹ̀ máa kún fún ìtakora, irọ́, ìsọkúsọ àti ọ̀rọ̀ ẹlẹ́mìí Èṣù.
