يَٰبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ قَدۡ أَنجَيۡنَٰكُم مِّنۡ عَدُوِّكُمۡ وَوَٰعَدۡنَٰكُمۡ جَانِبَ ٱلطُّورِ ٱلۡأَيۡمَنَ وَنَزَّلۡنَا عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡمَنَّ وَٱلسَّلۡوَىٰ

Ẹ̀yin ọmọ ’Isrọ̄’īl, dájúdájú A ti gbà yín là lọ́wọ́ ọ̀tá yín. A sì ṣe àdéhùn fún yín (pé kí Ànábì Mūsā wá, kí Á bá a sọ̀rọ̀ tààrà) ní ẹ̀gbẹ́ àpáta ní ọwọ́ ọ̀tún¹ (Ànábì Mūsā láààrin àpáta àti àfonífojì² ní ìwọ̀ òòrùn³). A sì sọ ohun mímu mọnu àti ohun jíjẹ salwā kalẹ̀ fún yín.4

1. Ìyẹn ni pé, ìjúwe àpáta ibi tí Allāhu - tó ga jùlọ - ti bá Ànábì Mūsā - kí ọlà Allāhu máa bá a - sọ̀rọ̀ tààrà nìyí, ó gbé àpáta sí ọwọ́ ọ̀tún rẹ̀, àfonífojì wà ní ọwọ́ òsì rẹ̀ ní àgbègbè ìwọ̀-òòrùn ìlú náà.
