ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُواْ لِإِخۡوَٰنِهِمۡ وَقَعَدُواْ لَوۡ أَطَاعُونَا مَا قُتِلُواْۗ قُلۡ فَٱدۡرَءُواْ عَنۡ أَنفُسِكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ

Àwọn tó sọ nípa àwọn ọmọ ìyá wọn (tó kú s’ójú ogun ẹ̀sìn) pé – tí àwọn sì jòkóò kalẹ̀ sílé (ní tiwọn)-, "Tí ó bá jẹ́ pé wọ́n tẹ̀lé tiwa ni, wọn ìbá tí pa wọ́n." Sọ pé: “Ẹ yẹkú dànù fún ẹ̀mí yín tí ẹ bá jẹ́ olódodo.”
