ثُمَّ أَوۡرَثۡنَا ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱصۡطَفَيۡنَا مِنۡ عِبَادِنَاۖ فَمِنۡهُمۡ ظَالِمٞ لِّنَفۡسِهِۦ وَمِنۡهُم مُّقۡتَصِدٞ وَمِنۡهُمۡ سَابِقُۢ بِٱلۡخَيۡرَٰتِ بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلۡفَضۡلُ ٱلۡكَبِيرُ

Lẹ́yìn náà, A jogún tírà (al-Ƙur’ān) fún àwọn tí A ṣà lẹ́ṣà nínú àwọn ẹrúsìn Wa. Nítorí náà, alábòsí tó ń bo ẹ̀mí ara rẹ̀ sí wà nínú wọn. Olùṣe-déédé wà nínú wọn. Olùgbawájú níbi àwọn iṣẹ́ rere tún wà nínú wọn pẹ̀lú ìyọ̀ǹda Allāhu. Ìyẹn sì ni oore àjùlọ tó tóbi.¹

1. Nínú āyah yìí, alábòsí tó ń bo ẹ̀mí ara rẹ̀ sí ni ẹni tí ó géwọ́ kúrú níbi àwọn n̄ǹkan ọ̀ran-anyàn nínú ẹ̀sìn. Olùṣe-déédé ni ẹni tó ń ṣe ọ̀wọ́ àwọn n̄ǹkan ọ̀ran-anyàn nínú ẹ̀sìn. Olùgbawájú níbi àwọn iṣẹ́ rere ni ẹni tó ń ṣe àwọn n̄ǹkan ọ̀ran-anyàn àti àwọn n̄ǹkan àṣegbọrẹ papọ̀ nínú ẹ̀sìn.
