وَقَالُواْ مَا فِي بُطُونِ هَٰذِهِ ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ خَالِصَةٞ لِّذُكُورِنَا وَمُحَرَّمٌ عَلَىٰٓ أَزۡوَٰجِنَاۖ وَإِن يَكُن مَّيۡتَةٗ فَهُمۡ فِيهِ شُرَكَآءُۚ سَيَجۡزِيهِمۡ وَصۡفَهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ حَكِيمٌ عَلِيمٞ

Wọ́n tún wí pé: “Ohun tí ń bẹ nínú ikùn àwọn ẹran-ọ̀sìn wọ̀nyí jẹ́ ti àwọn ọkùnrin wa nìkan, ó sì jẹ́ èèwọ̀ fún àwọn obìnrin wa.” Tí ó bá sì jẹ́ òkú ọmọ-ẹran, akẹgbẹ́ sì ni wọn nínú (ìpín) rẹ̀.¹ (Allāhu) yóò san wọ́n ní ẹ̀san irọ́ (ẹnu) wọn. Dájúdájú Òun ni Ọlọ́gbọ́n, Onímọ̀.

1. Ìyẹn ni pé, bí ẹran-ọ̀sìn wọn bá bí ọlẹ̀ rẹ̀ ní ààyè, ọmọ ẹran náà máa jẹ́ ti ọkùnrin nìkan, wọn kò sì níí jẹ́ kí obìnrin ní ìpín kan nínú rẹ̀. Bí ó bá jẹ́ òkúmọ, ọkùnrin àti obìnrin sì dìjọ máa pín in.
