Ayah: 1

سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
Ohunkóhun tó wà nínú àwọn sánmọ̀ àti ohunkóhun tó wà nínú ilẹ̀ ń ṣàfọ̀mọ́ fún Allāhu. Òun sì ni Alágbára, Ọlọ́gbọ́n.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفۡعَلُونَ
Ẹ̀yin tí ẹ gbàgbọ́ ní òdodo, nítorí kí ni ẹ ṣe ń sọ ohun tí ẹ ò níí ṣe níṣẹ́?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 3

كَبُرَ مَقۡتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُواْ مَا لَا تَفۡعَلُونَ
Ó jẹ́ ohun ìbínú tó tóbi ní ọ̀dọ̀ Allāhu pé kí ẹ sọ ohun tí ẹ ò níí ṣe.

Ayah: 4

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِۦ صَفّٗا كَأَنَّهُم بُنۡيَٰنٞ مَّرۡصُوصٞ
Dájúdájú Allāhu fẹ́ràn àwọn tó ń jagun sí ojú-ọ̀nà Rẹ̀ (tí wọ́n tò ní) ọ̀wọ̀ọ̀wọ́ bí ẹni pé ilé tí wọ́n lẹ̀pọ̀ mọ́ra wọn ni wọ́n

Ayah: 5

وَإِذۡ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوۡمِهِۦ يَٰقَوۡمِ لِمَ تُؤۡذُونَنِي وَقَد تَّعۡلَمُونَ أَنِّي رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ إِلَيۡكُمۡۖ فَلَمَّا زَاغُوٓاْ أَزَاغَ ٱللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ
(Rántí) nígbà tí (Ànábì) Mūsā sọ fún ìjọ rẹ̀ pé: “Ẹ̀yin ìjọ mi, nítorí kí ni ẹ óò ṣe fi ìnira kàn mí. Ẹ sì kúkú mọ̀ pé, dájúdájú Òjíṣẹ́ Allāhu ni èmi jẹ́ si yín.” Nígbà tí wọ́n sì yẹ̀ (kúrò níbi òdodo), Allāhu yẹ ọkàn wọn. Allāhu kò sì níí fi ọ̀nà mọ ìjọ òbìlẹ̀jẹ́.
