Aaya: 27

ثُمَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ يُخۡزِيهِمۡ وَيَقُولُ أَيۡنَ شُرَكَآءِيَ ٱلَّذِينَ كُنتُمۡ تُشَٰٓقُّونَ فِيهِمۡۚ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡعِلۡمَ إِنَّ ٱلۡخِزۡيَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ وَٱلسُّوٓءَ عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ

27. Then on the Day of Resurrection He will disgrace them and say: "Where are the 'idols' whom you used to associate with Me, for whose sake you became hostile 'to the believers'?” Those who were given knowledge will say: "The disgrace and misery are this day upon the deniers."

Aaya: 28

ٱلَّذِينَ تَتَوَفَّىٰهُمُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ ظَالِمِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡۖ فَأَلۡقَوُاْ ٱلسَّلَمَ مَا كُنَّا نَعۡمَلُ مِن سُوٓءِۭۚ بَلَىٰٓۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمُۢ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ

28. Those whom the angels cause to die, while they are unjust to themselves. They then offer (false) submission (saying): "We used not to do any evil." (But they will be answered): "Yes, indeed you did." Allāh is the Knower of all that you used to do.

Aaya: 29

فَٱدۡخُلُوٓاْ أَبۡوَٰبَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَاۖ فَلَبِئۡسَ مَثۡوَى ٱلۡمُتَكَبِّرِينَ

29. So enter the gates of Gehinnom 'Hell', to abide therein forever - miserable indeed is the abode of the arrogant."

Aaya: 30

۞ وَقِيلَ لِلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوۡاْ مَاذَآ أَنزَلَ رَبُّكُمۡۚ قَالُواْ خَيۡرٗاۗ لِّلَّذِينَ أَحۡسَنُواْ فِي هَٰذِهِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةٞۚ وَلَدَارُ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ خَيۡرٞۚ وَلَنِعۡمَ دَارُ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ

30. When those who fear Allāh and shun evil are asked: "What has your Lord revealed?" They say: "All that is good." For those who do good in this world is goodness, and the Home of the Hereafter is better. How excellent is the Home of the righteous.

Aaya: 31

جَنَّٰتُ عَدۡنٖ يَدۡخُلُونَهَا تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۖ لَهُمۡ فِيهَا مَا يَشَآءُونَۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يَجۡزِي ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ

31. Gardens of Eden they will enter, under which rivers flow. They will have therein all they wish. Thus does Allāh reward the righteous.

Aaya: 32

ٱلَّذِينَ تَتَوَفَّىٰهُمُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ طَيِّبِينَ يَقُولُونَ سَلَٰمٌ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ

32. Those whom the angels cause to die in a good and pure state13, saying: "Peace be upon you, enter Paradise as a reward for your good deeds."

13. I.e. pure from evil, and worshipping none but Allâh Alone.

Aaya: 33

هَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن تَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ أَوۡ يَأۡتِيَ أَمۡرُ رَبِّكَۚ كَذَٰلِكَ فَعَلَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ وَمَا ظَلَمَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَلَٰكِن كَانُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ يَظۡلِمُونَ

33. Do 'the deniers' wait for anything except that the angels come to them or that the Command of 'Allāh' your Lord comes to pass. Thus did those before them. Allāh is not unjust to them, but they were unjust to themselves.

Aaya: 34

فَأَصَابَهُمۡ سَيِّـَٔاتُ مَا عَمِلُواْ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ

34. So the evil 'consequences' of what they did afflicted them, and they were encompassed by the very thing they used to ridicule.
