Aya: 89

وَيَٰقَوۡمِ لَا يَجۡرِمَنَّكُمۡ شِقَاقِيٓ أَن يُصِيبَكُم مِّثۡلُ مَآ أَصَابَ قَوۡمَ نُوحٍ أَوۡ قَوۡمَ هُودٍ أَوۡ قَوۡمَ صَٰلِحٖۚ وَمَا قَوۡمُ لُوطٖ مِّنكُم بِبَعِيدٖ

89. My people, let not opposition to me make you guilty so that there may befall you the like of what befell the people of Noah, or the people of Hud, or the people of Salih, nor are the people of Lot far off from you;

Aya: 90

وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمۡ ثُمَّ تُوبُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي رَحِيمٞ وَدُودٞ

90. Ask Forgiveness from 'Allāh' your Lord, then repent to Him. Indeed my Lord is Most Merciful, Loving14.

14. Allāh manifests His Love in countless ways. In the sun that rises each day, in bird songs, thirst-quenching water, beauty, color, seasons, sacrifice, generosity, hope, peace, forgiveness, grace, and mercy, and the most important of all by sending His last and final messenger, the Prophet Muhammad.True love to Allāh and His messenger is powerful. True love for them never surrenders, won’t be silenced, and can’t be destroyed. Many waters cannot quench love. Rivers cannot sweep it away. Our strongest love is only a fractured reflection of His powerful love for us. He is the ultimate source of any love that is genuine, any love that holds fast.

Aya: 91

قَالُواْ يَٰشُعَيۡبُ مَا نَفۡقَهُ كَثِيرٗا مِّمَّا تَقُولُ وَإِنَّا لَنَرَىٰكَ فِينَا ضَعِيفٗاۖ وَلَوۡلَا رَهۡطُكَ لَرَجَمۡنَٰكَۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيۡنَا بِعَزِيزٖ

91. They said: "O Shu’aib, We do not understand much of what you say, and we see you to be weak among us, and were it not for your family, we would stone you, and you are not mighty to prevail against us."

Aya: 92

قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ أَرَهۡطِيٓ أَعَزُّ عَلَيۡكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَٱتَّخَذۡتُمُوهُ وَرَآءَكُمۡ ظِهۡرِيًّاۖ إِنَّ رَبِّي بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ مُحِيطٞ

92. (Shu’aib) said: "O my people, is my family more esteemed by you than Allāh? And you neglect Him as a thing cast behind your back. Indeed, 'Allāh" my Lord encompasses what you do."

Aya: 93

وَيَٰقَوۡمِ ٱعۡمَلُواْ عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِكُمۡ إِنِّي عَٰمِلٞۖ سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ مَن يَأۡتِيهِ عَذَابٞ يُخۡزِيهِ وَمَنۡ هُوَ كَٰذِبٞۖ وَٱرۡتَقِبُوٓاْ إِنِّي مَعَكُمۡ رَقِيبٞ

93. My people, do whatever you can, I will do (my part); you will come to know soon who it is on whom will descend the torment that will disgrace him, and who it is that is a liar. Watch, I too am watching with you.

Aya: 94

وَلَمَّا جَآءَ أَمۡرُنَا نَجَّيۡنَا شُعَيۡبٗا وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُۥ بِرَحۡمَةٖ مِّنَّا وَأَخَذَتِ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ ٱلصَّيۡحَةُ فَأَصۡبَحُواْ فِي دِيَٰرِهِمۡ جَٰثِمِينَ

94. When Our Command came to pass We delivered Shu’aib, and those who believed with him, as a mercy from Us, and the (mighty) blast seized those who did iniquity, so they became within their homes (corpses) fallen prone.

Aya: 95

كَأَن لَّمۡ يَغۡنَوۡاْ فِيهَآۗ أَلَا بُعۡدٗا لِّمَدۡيَنَ كَمَا بَعِدَتۡ ثَمُودُ

95. As though they had never prospered therein. Indeed, away with (the people of) Midian, as it was with Thamud.

Aya: 96

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٍ

96. Indeed, We sent Moses with Our signs and a clear authority,

Aya: 97

إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱتَّبَعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَ فِرۡعَوۡنَۖ وَمَآ أَمۡرُ فِرۡعَوۡنَ بِرَشِيدٖ

97. To Pharaoh and his council, but they followed the command of Pharaoh. Pharaoh’s command was not rightly directed.
