Ayah: 53

أَمۡ لَهُمۡ نَصِيبٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُلۡكِ فَإِذٗا لَّا يُؤۡتُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ نَقِيرًا

(53) ^[890]Or do they have a share in the kingship ˹of Allah˺? Had they, they would not give ˹other˺ people ˹of it as much as˺ a groove on a date seed!

[890] Those who willingly subscribe to such outright lies and fabrications are consumed by deep set greed and lack of goodwill. Naturally, they want no good to come by others (cf. al-Rāzī).
