وَإِن مِّن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا نَحۡنُ مُهۡلِكُوهَا قَبۡلَ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ أَوۡ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابٗا شَدِيدٗاۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِي ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مَسۡطُورٗا

58 Il n’est pas de cité impie qui ne soit anéantie avant le Jour de la résurrection ou dont Nous ne châtions les habitants, conformément à ce qui est consigné dans le Livre^[747].
