وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡقَرۡيَتَيۡنِ عَظِيمٍ

31. And they say: "Why is not this Qur’ân sent down to some great man of the two towns (Makkah and Tâ’if)?"
