ٱلَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالٗا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ

2. who has gathered wealth (greedily) and counted it over ^[1],

[1]. Withholding the gifts Allāh has given him of His Grace, instead of giving charity part of it.
