20 : 11

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَمۡ يَكُونُواْ مُعۡجِزِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا كَانَ لَهُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِنۡ أَوۡلِيَآءَۘ يُضَٰعَفُ لَهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُۚ مَا كَانُواْ يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَمَا كَانُواْ يُبۡصِرُونَ

20. These could not be (able to) escape on earth', nor could there be for them protectors against Allāh; the torment will be doubled for them, They could not bear to hear (the preachers of the truth) and they used not to see [6]. info

[6]. The truth, because of their severe aversion, inspite of the fact that they had the sense of hearing and sight.

21 : 11

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ وَضَلَّ عَنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَفۡتَرُونَ

21. These are the ones who have lost themselves, and what they invented (of false deities) has deserted them. info

22 : 11

لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ هُمُ ٱلۡأَخۡسَرُونَ

22. No doubt, in the Hereafter they are the greatest losers. info

23 : 11

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَأَخۡبَتُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمۡ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡجَنَّةِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

23. Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds, and humble themselves before their Lord 'Allāh', these are the occupants of Paradise, they will abide therein forever. info

24 : 11

۞ مَثَلُ ٱلۡفَرِيقَيۡنِ كَٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ وَٱلۡأَصَمِّ وَٱلۡبَصِيرِ وَٱلسَّمِيعِۚ هَلۡ يَسۡتَوِيَانِ مَثَلًاۚ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ

24. The example of the two parties like the blind and the deaf, and the seeing and the hearing: Are they equal? Will you not then heed? info

25 : 11

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنِّي لَكُمۡ نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٌ

25. Indeed, We sent Noah to his people 'saying': "I am to you a clear warner; info

26 : 11

أَن لَّا تَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَۖ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ أَلِيمٖ

26. That you worship none but Allāh only. Indeed, I fear for you the torment of a Painful Day." info

27 : 11

فَقَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن قَوۡمِهِۦ مَا نَرَىٰكَ إِلَّا بَشَرٗا مِّثۡلَنَا وَمَا نَرَىٰكَ ٱتَّبَعَكَ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ أَرَاذِلُنَا بَادِيَ ٱلرَّأۡيِ وَمَا نَرَىٰ لَكُمۡ عَلَيۡنَا مِن فَضۡلِۭ بَلۡ نَظُنُّكُمۡ كَٰذِبِينَ

27. But the eminent ones of those who denied 'the Truth' from among his people said: "We see you but a man like ourselves, and we see you that only the lowliest among us have followed you 'and they did so' without thinking, and we do not see in you any excellence over us; rather, we think you are liars." info

28 : 11

قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِن كُنتُ عَلَىٰ بَيِّنَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّي وَءَاتَىٰنِي رَحۡمَةٗ مِّنۡ عِندِهِۦ فَعُمِّيَتۡ عَلَيۡكُمۡ أَنُلۡزِمُكُمُوهَا وَأَنتُمۡ لَهَا كَٰرِهُونَ

28. 'Noah' said: "My people, tell me if I have with me clear proof from my Lord (Allāh), and He has granted me Mercy from Himself, but it has been made obscure to you; shall we force you to 'accept' it while you are averse to it? info
