فَإِن لَّمۡ تَأۡتُونِي بِهِۦ فَلَا كَيۡلَ لَكُمۡ عِندِي وَلَا تَقۡرَبُونِ

60. But if you do not bring him to me, there will be no more measure [of grain] for you from me, nor will you approach me [24]. info

The tone is firm but practical — a ruler protecting scarce resources and enforcing a condition necessary for uncovering the family’s past.
