24 : 15

وَلَقَدۡ عَلِمۡنَا ٱلۡمُسۡتَقۡدِمِينَ مِنكُمۡ وَلَقَدۡ عَلِمۡنَا ٱلۡمُسۡتَـٔۡخِرِينَ

24. We have already known those who precede among you and We do know those who come after ^[7].

[7]. Allāh knows every generation — those who lived before, those living now, and those yet to come.
“Not a soul but that Allāh knows its term and place.”
Others interpret Allāh knows those who advance toward good deeds and those who hold back from them.
