۞ مَّآ أَشۡهَدتُّهُمۡ خَلۡقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا خَلۡقَ أَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمَا كُنتُ مُتَّخِذَ ٱلۡمُضِلِّينَ عَضُدٗا
51. I did not make them [Satan and his associates] witnesses to the creation of the heavens and the earth, nor to the creation of their own selves. Nor would I ever take those who lead astray as assistants [28].
[28]. Allāh — the source and giver of true guidance — would never take as helpers those false gods who are themselves the cause of misguidance and delusion. For how could the One who guides to the Straight Path seek aid from those who lead astray?
