إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ مِن كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ سَبَبٗا
84. Indeed, We established him in the Land [42] and We had gaven him means of access to everything [43].
[42]. From Persia to the Black Sea on one side, and from Asian Turkey to Afghanistan and Baluchistan on the other.
[43]. He was endowed with all means necessary to achieve his endeavors; soldiers, weaponry, know-how, and the fear he struck in the hearts of enemies, etc.
