84 : 18

إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ مِن كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ سَبَبٗا

84. Indeed, We established him firmly in the land ^[45], and We gave him the means to every way and access to all things ^[46].

[45]. From Persia to the Black Sea on one side, and from Asian Turkey to Afghanistan and Baluchistan on the other.
[46]. He was endowed with all means necessary to achieve his endeavors; soldiers, weaponry, know-how, and the fear he struck in the hearts of enemies, etc.
