98 : 18

قَالَ هَٰذَا رَحۡمَةٞ مِّن رَّبِّيۖ فَإِذَا جَآءَ وَعۡدُ رَبِّي جَعَلَهُۥ دَكَّآءَۖ وَكَانَ وَعۡدُ رَبِّي حَقّٗا

98. [Dhul-Qarnayn] said, “This is a mercy from my Lord. But when the promise of my Lord comes to pass, He will make it levelled [to the ground]. And the promise of my Lord is ever true.”
