تَنزِيلٗا مِّمَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلۡعُلَى
4. A Revelation sent down from (Allāh) Who created the earth and the high heavens.
