135 : 4

135. O believers, stand firmly for justice [58], bearing witness for Allah’s Sake, even if it is against yourselves, your parents or your near relatives. Whether one is rich or poor, Allāh is more worthy of both. So do not follow [personal] inclination, lest you deviate. If you distort your testimony or refuse to give it, then [know that] Allāh is ever All-Aware of what you do [59]. info

[58]. This reinforces the main principle on which the believing community is built: justice to all.
[59]. Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was asked about the grave sins. He said, They are:
a) To join others in worship with Allâh.
b) To be undutiful to one’s parents.
c) To kill a person (which Allâh has forbidden to be killed i.e.murder).
d) And to give a false witness.
