165 : 4

رُّسُلٗا مُّبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ لِئَلَّا يَكُونَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ حُجَّةُۢ بَعۡدَ ٱلرُّسُلِۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمٗا

165. [These] messengers [were sent] as givers of good news ^[75] and as warners ^[76],  so that people should have no plea against Allāh after the coming of the messengers. Allāh is ever All-Mighty, All-Wise.

[75]. Of eternal Bliss for the believers.
[76]. Of grievous Chastisement from God for the disbelievers.
