إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
42. Except those on whom Allāh has Mercy. Surely He is the All-Mighty the All-Merciful.
