تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ
2. The revelation of the Book (this Qur’an) is from Allāh, the All-Mighty, All-Wise.
