وَكَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا قَبۡلَهُم مِّن قَرۡنٍ هُمۡ أَشَدُّ مِنۡهُم بَطۡشٗا فَنَقَّبُواْ فِي ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ هَلۡ مِن مَّحِيصٍ
36. How many a 'sinful' generation did We destroy before them who were mightier in power than them and had ventured through many lands. Yet was there any place of escape 'for them when Our Judgment came?'
