تَبۡصِرَةٗ وَذِكۡرَىٰ لِكُلِّ عَبۡدٖ مُّنِيبٖ

8. An insight and a reminder to every servant 'of God' who turns (to Allāh)3.

3. In repentance. That is the one who believes in the Oneness of God and performs deeds of His obedience, and always ask His forgiveness.
