تَبۡصِرَةٗ وَذِكۡرَىٰ لِكُلِّ عَبۡدٖ مُّنِيبٖ
8. An insight and a reminder to every servant 'of God' who turns (to Allāh) [3].
[3]. In repentance. That is the one who believes in the Oneness of God and performs deeds of His obedience, and always ask His forgiveness.
